Having won the Aquatic Exercise Association’s Global award for Contribution to the Aquatic Industry this program is a blast. And now you have it in our pools exclusively for you! This aqua class works at a faster pace and therefore more suitable to those members who are confident in the water and can swim. Not suitable for beginners. Have all the usual aqua fun but to a choreographed routine that we build upon week by week as we improve and become fitter. Intermediate/Advanced levels only.
