Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends and if the level of the participants permits, for adapted inversions. Practice ends with cooling down poses which allows final relaxation and recovery. Finish off your practice with a deep 15 min Yoga Nidra session (the yogi's sleep).
